In this talk, Dr. Dunn will summarize her research team’s work to identify sensitive periods in development shaping risk for psychopathology in children and the role of epigenetics in the biological embedding of childhood adversity. She will also discuss her work using children’s primary (milk) teeth as a new biomarker to record the occurrence and timing of early life stress more objectively.
