Arts Rights Justice Library
The ARJ Programme is linked to the establishment of the ARJ Library, a digital open access platform that seeks to secure and make use relevant publications in the field of arts, rights, justice as an incremental library. In 2016 the Hildesheim UNESCO Chair received the digital archive of the U.S. based NGO freeDimensional, which was about to close down. This freeDimensional Archive provided the starting point for the Arts Rights Justice Library project.
In addition, the establishment of an observatory has been established with a view to adding a research stream that runs parallel to formats in the rest of the ARJ Programme that tend to be more focused on training and dialogue. Existing structures such as Freemuse will be integrated into the concept.
