Praktikum 1: German Speaking Online Content & Customer Service, East London

Aufgaben:

 

  • Respond to European Online Marketplace customer messages on (Amazon and eBay) in a friendly and helpful manner, helping to resolve the issues in as fewer messages as possible.
  • Handle incoming phone calls from customers, understand the issue and do your best to assist them to a satisfactory standard.
  • Maintain service and product knowledge to be able to advise customers on pricing, availability and delivery.
  • Help to prevent customers from leaving negative feedback in the first place by discussing potential compensation with your manager.
  • Process returns daily to ensure that customers receive their refunds in a timely manner.
  • A few hours will be required at the weekend (from home) as marketplace messages require responses within 24 hours 7 days a week! This is paid additional work.
  • Help support the marketing and product managers with localized content and suggestions on how we can improve our translated content to get across our desired messages, better.
  • Help create and maintain message templates so customers can understand what we are trying to get across to them.
  • Contact customers who have left negative feedback to explain the issues and offer them compensation to turn their experience into a positive one.

  • Developing SEO and strategies to improve product placement on Google and other major search engines
  • Uploading, editing content live products on our website, Magento platform (full training and support will be given).
