Praktikum 1: Online Acquisition Marketing

Aufgaben:

  • Creation and management of native advertising and paid social campaigns
  • Implementing and continually testing new creative messaging, landing pages, campaigns and tools
  • Interfacing with major networks and affiliates to find new areas of growth
  • Assisting in managing significant marketing budgets, ensuring the highest customer acquisition
  • Working closely with sales, project manager and the IT team internally but also with network and affiliate externally
  • Weekly reporting, suggestion of optimisation

Voraussetzungen

  • Previous digital marketing experience would be a plus
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills and feeling very comfortable with numbers and MS Excel
  • Excellent time management skills - Remarkable attention to details, autonomous, resourceful and multitasking
  • Fast and hard worker, eager to learn and common-sense approach
  • Native French or German speaker and excellent English level; an additional European language (Dutch, Italian etc. would be a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, ideally in science or engineering

Praktikum 2: Human Resources Management

Aufgaben:

  • Managing the recruitment process: design and publishing of jobs descriptions, selection of candidates, interviews, the creation of the offer for the most relevant candidates, integration of the new employees in the company
  • Prospect of candidates through various sources (schools, specialised websites, social media such as LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Organizing technical tests and interviews o Developing and handling relationships with recruitment agencies and partnerships with universities
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources department: General administrative tasks relating to candidates and new recruits (leave, absences, health insurance, etc.)
  • Create and maintain employee files o Prepare and process new hire, transfer, and termination notifications/paperwork
  • Assist with payroll
  • Weekly HR reporting

Voraussetzungen:

  • Ideally some experience in recruitment in an international environment within a company or recruitment agency, experience in the digital marketing sector preferable
  • A solid practice of candidate management o English at native level, another European language will be helpful (French, German, etc.)
  • Personal qualities such as curiosity, agility, tenacity, rigor, the ability to advise and persuade, time management and the capacity of managing several projects at the same time
  • Good presentation skills
  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology
