Praktikum 3: Marketing & Sales Administrator Manager (in Kenilworth, Warwickshire)

Aufgaben:

 

  • After extensive training you will be responsible for all administration and marketing
  • Administration of various sales, marketing and finance processes.
  • Updating of social media accounts
  • Email marketing communications (via Mailchimp) to clients and members.
  • Assisting graphic designer to produce monthly member’s digital magazine. Layout and admin (no design required).
  • Sales Administration: invoicing, preparation of order confirmation paperwork, chasing payments, advert contents and confirmations from clients, working with in-house graphic designer, proofing adverts to clients for approval, credit control, etc.

Aufgaben:

 

  • Taking incoming calls from Customers and Internal staff and dealing with any enquiries
  • Order placing and processing on behalf of the Management team and following up with Delivery notes
  • Create and follow up with ISO 9001 documentations
