Info (in English): At HERE Maps Search, we are always looking for ways to make better use of implicit user feedback, i.e. the user actions (queries, "clicks"). One idea is to identify usage patterns that indicate a particularly bad user experience. Recognizing such patterns would allow us to find query strings/categories to improve, and to identify quality regressions. Just looking at simple signals like click-through rate (CTR) is not sufficient in geographic search, because user actions are harder to correlate with user satisfaction than e.g. in document search or online shopping. We suggest a goodness measure/objective function for category search user experience on HERE Maps.We also describe several click-based signals that can describe usage/click patterns, and show preliminary experiments
