On July 20th and 21st, the Institute for Information Science and Natural Language Processing hosts the "TermVar Workshop on terminological variation". The workshop, which deals with the phenomenon of variation in specialised language, brings together national and international experts from specialised communication, terminology, translation science and computational linguistics. The three planned workshop sessions aim to promote discussion on the subject from both a theoretical and an application-oriented perspective.
