Cooperation and Partnerships

The Department of Cultural Policy connects academic areas of art and cultural policies with practical areas. Cooperative projects with representatives and practitioners in the arts, lobby groups and governmental institu­tions are also a part of the Department’s work.

The Department of Cultural Policy is the office of the Cultural Education Research Network (Netzwerk For-schung Kulturelle Bildung) represented by Prof. Dr. Vanessa-Isabelle Reinwand-Weiss. It is also the head­quarters of the Association of University Teachers and Researchers in the Arts and Cultural Management in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (Fachverband Kultur­management). Prof. Dr. Birgit Mandel is the president of the association.
