Next committee meeting: July 7, 2026

The committee meets approximately every three months. If no future date is specified here, it is not yet known. Please refrain from inquiring about these dates.

Please send your documents to the Dean's Office at least 14 days before the committee meeting. All documents must be received by mail or delivered in person with an original signature. In addition, please send all documents in ONE PDF file to fb1promotionen(at)uni-hildesheim.de. In the case of a publication-based thesis, please attach a full list of the constituent papers to your application.

You will receive notification of acceptance/admission approximately one week after the committee meeting.
