HilData – Data Storage
With HilData (easydb software), the University Library of Hildesheim supports teaching, academic administration, and general administration, as well as the linking of digital data relevant to academic research projects.
At the University of Hildesheim, HilData is primarily used for traditional image databases, DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems, and collection management systems. This allows various digital materials in many different formats to be stored in closed data pools.
