Reflection meeting with the team

Here you will learn how to structure an internal team reflection meeting.

Your team and you, you implemented a project together. Even after the project has been completed, it is worth sharing your experiences.

Make an appointment for this

and reflect together on your project implementation. The following questions and topics can help you:

  • What went really well?
  • What went satisfactorily?
  • What could be improved?
  • In retrospect, what additions / changes to the project would make sense?
  • Was the project goal achieved?
  • Did your own expectations for the project come true? (For example, do you have your time resources
not exceeded? Were you able to solve the problem you made up at the beginning )?
  • Do you want to start a new project?
  • What’s next for your idea? Should the project be continued in a modified form or handed over to other people?

Tip: Write down the points you have collected. You can continue to use them for the final report.
