In this package you will receive knowledge and methods on the following topics:
- Team and idea search for your project
- Project concretization – target group, financial plans, task structure and schedule
- Project implementation – public relations, project documentation and internal team communication
- Project follow-up – project reflection, final report and accounting
You are welcome to complete all packages or just a selection, depending on how much experience you already have or what uncertainties you still have.
The input is followed by a short playful test unit so that you can consolidate your knowledge.
Of course, you can take individual breaks or complete the training on different days.
