Tinder Tiger Telephone

Tinder Tiger Telefon is a scenic short film project that was largely planned and realized by students at the University of Hildesheim. In terms of content, the film is about the first date between two people who, towards the end of a night spent together in a bar, wander through the deserted streets and get closer to each other in the confines of a phone booth. Suddenly and abruptly, the mood changes when they notice a tiger prowling around outside the booth. The intimate togetherness gives way to sheer fear and personal shortcomings come to light beneath the put-on dating façade. Locked up with a complete stranger, they have to come to terms with the situation and themselves and get to know each other in a more authentic and personal way than they had hoped for on their first date.

Throughout the course of the project, we did our best to make a contribution to making the film industry more ecological and sustainable within the framework of green producing.
