Project description

Naturopathy and the use of phytotherapy

In my project, I created an information brochure on the subject of phytotherapy. I would like to give an insight into the subject and explain phytotherapy in more detail. This complementary healing method works in a natural way and can be integrated into the diet as well as used for external application. It therefore contributes to a healthy lifestyle and avoids environmental pollution caused by chemical medicines (Federal Environment Agency, 2024).

The brochure explains the basics, history, opportunities and risks of this method. It also provides information on medicinal plants and their effects. I also explain what needs to be considered when collecting natural medicinal herbs in order to protect health and the environment. The overall aim is to raise social awareness of the benefits of phytotherapy and to sensitize people to take responsibility for their own health care. This includes mindfulness, a healthy diet and a holistic view of health that also promotes general health and environmental awareness.
