What is Your Goal - Your Action?

Your Goal – Your Action is an educational and advisory service for students on the implementation of sustainability projects at universities, which supports students in finding ideas and implementing them until the successful completion of the project. You can register yourself and your team for the
program at any time

What does Your Goal - Your Action enable you to do?

We offer you a compact
e-learning
where you can learn more about project management, sustainability and project financing.
We offer a
on-campus counseling center
where you can get tips on project management, sustainability and funding opportunities.
From brainstorming to implementation and successful project completion – we accompany you in the implementation of your own project ideas and are there to advise you during the process.
We’ll network you with other interested students so you can realize volunteer project ideas together.
We network you with suitable internal and external actors.
We make your commitment visible and present your implemented ideas within an annual exhibition, on our homepage and on the social media channels of the Green Office. In addition, we award once a year there
jury and audience prizes

Who can register?

All students of the University of Hildesheim who would like to implement their own project on a voluntary basis can register. No matter if you are a first-year student or a long-term student, no matter if you have an idea or not, no matter if you have a team or not.

You don’t study anymore or not at the University of Hildesheim? No problem! Just contact us and we will discuss everything else at a consultation appointment.

Who can not register?

Unfortunately, we cannot advise projects that have an exclusive corporate focus or that focus on fundraising and giving.

Are there registration deadlines?

There are no registration deadlines. Interested parties can register throughout the year.

We would like to connect you and your project with actors in the field of sustainability in Hildesheim and the surrounding area. This way, you can get individual and topic-specific advice from professionals and network for possible collaborations.

AWO Kreisverband Hildesheim-Alfeld (Leine) e.V.
Arbeiterwohlfahrt is a welfare association in Germany. In Hildesheim, the AWO oversees numerous counseling services (e.g. Intercultural Counseling and Meeting Center) and social institutions (e.g. AWO BAZARO – The Social Marketplace in Hildesheim).

The BUND district group Hildesheim is committed to nature conservation and environmental protection “on the doorstep”, i.e. in the city and district of Hildesheim. Diakonie in the Hildesheim and Peine region
Diakonie is the social work of the Protestant churches. Its goal is to help people in need and in socially unjust circumstances. In Hildesheim, the Diakonie provides numerous counseling services (e.g. debt counseling) and social institutions (e.g. the Hildesheim train station mission).

foodsharing Hildesheim
foodsharing.de is a Europe-wide initiative that is committed to combating food waste. The volunteer members in Hildesheim rescue overproduced food from small and large farms, for example at organic food stores or weekly markets. This rescued food, which is still good to eat, is then passed on, for example, via public “fair distributors”.

The non-profit Klimaschutzagentur Landkreis Hildesheim would like to support citizens, companies and municipalities from the district of Hildesheim in all questions of climate protection and provide advice and assistance. The Climate Protection Agency for the District of Hildesheim is supported by the Förderverein der Klimaschutzagentur Landkreis Hildesheim e.V., where private individuals, municipalities, companies and institutions from various sectors can become members.

The Theaterpädagogisches Zentrum Hildesheim is an association of around 50 independent theater, dance, music and media educators from Hildesheim and the surrounding area, making it a driving force for innovative theater education and holistic learning.
