The AI Write team attended the Eurocall Conference 2024 in Slovakia with several presentations.
Dr Maria del Mar Palomares Marin and Marta Giralt Lorenz from the University of Limerick led a workshop on AI tools for writing based on the outcomes of WP2. The workshop was well attended and participants enjoyed the hands on activities at Eurocall 2024:
Joanna Baumgart from Mälardalens universitet presented empirical research that she conducted together with Ulrike Bohle-Jurok and Thomas Mandl at Stiftung Universität Hildesheim, discussing the impact of generative AI on writing pedagogy:
Marilize Pretorius and Carola Strobl from Universiteit Antwerpen presented the results of WP2 State-of-the-art regarding AI tools use for writing support in higher education @EuroCALL 2024. The community is excited and looking forward to the much needed OERs!
